Subject: changed isScribble related code to be more robust at determine cusps
 and deciding if cusps amount to a scribble. enabled undo of scribble erase
 without undoing scribble. added cusp visualizer for debugging, and cleaned up
 downDocView to  be downFfview on CollectionFreeformView.
