Subject: cleaned up dragging - abort presItem drags properly, fix naming for
 drag/dropAction, small fix undo of drag removeproperties, dragging in/out of
 headerBar,  fixed isContentActive to avoid SnappingManager.GetIsDragging. 
 fixed resizing videos.
