made text box body take up entire docview when suppressHeight is set (and set suppressSetHeight in muliticolumn view) - this fixes issues with topBar. made tree view rightbuttons clickable again. fixed drag offset when dragging docs that are fitting their container width when the container is wider than the actual document width.
